The first thing that impressed me was the hotel's location - just across the street from the train station and next to a lovely park. It was so convenient and made exploring the town a breeze. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed, with a comfortable bed and a seating area with a table. The attention to detail was also evident, with even cotton swabs provided. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay - a self-service continental spread with delicious coffee and even orange juice, which is not commonly found in hotels. I was impressed with the value for money and the overall experience at this hotel.

During my recent business trip to Kristinehamn, I had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotell, chosen by my director. The highlight of my stay was the lovely Lake Vänern bathing place, where I could swim from the sandy beach or piers. The special sun shelves provided the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the view, and soak up the sun. It was a truly rejuvenating experience.

I have marked down on cleanliness as the shower in room 18 needed bleaching to remove a small amount of mould on tile grouting.

It's also close to the centre of town, which was really convenient for us. I recently spent Christmas at this lovely hotel and I have to say that I was impressed with my stay. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the park. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Another great aspect was the location, which was perfect for exploring the local attractions and restaurants.

There were a few negatives that I noticed during my stay. the breakfast was a little lackluster, with not many options to choose from.

Loved the unique exhibition of boat engines and tools in an old property, the relaxing lounge, and the various activities offered like paddle tennis and swimming. It was a pleasant surprise!

Oh, and of course, I am just devastated that there were no women knocking on my door. What a disappointment.
